About Olympic Metals

A Canadian copper developer building across the Americas, anchored in Peru.

We're building the next generation of copper producers across the Americas, one project at a time. We are led by a team that has built, financed, and exited mines across three continents, anchored by our flagship project in Huancavelica, Peru. Together, we are working to deliver the copper the world needs, in partnership with the people whose home it comes from.

Company Overview

Olympic Metals is a Canadian copper developer focused on building a multi-asset portfolio anchored in Peru, one of the world's premier mining jurisdictions.. We are headquartered in Canada and expected to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange, and we combine Canadian governance and reporting standards with deep local expertise on the ground.

Our flagship asset, Pukaqaqa (‘Puka’), is a previously permitted copper project in Peru's Huancavelica region, acquired in November 2024 with more than US$60 million already invested by previous operators and an August 2026 NI 43-101 resource of 462 million tonnes measured and indicated at 0.35 percent copper, with molybdenum credits. Behind Puka, we are evaluating further opportunities to grow into a multi-asset copper company.

Our leadership has delivered more than US$1 billion in value across three prior mining exits, and we are backed by Canadian institutional shareholders including Dundee Corporation and OR Royalties.

Our Story

Building a new generation of copper producers, one project at a time.

Olympic Metals was founded on a simple belief. The world needs more copper, and the best way to deliver it is to take projects that already have strong technical foundations and bring them to life through disciplined capital, modern mine design and genuine local partnership.

Copper is the metal of the energy transition. Every electric vehicle, every grid expansion, every data centre driving the next generation of computing depends on it. But major copper discoveries have been declining for more than a decade, and the gap between what the world needs and what is being produced grows wider every year. Olympic was built to help close that gap, and to do it the right way.

Our story Background Image
Our Approach

We focus exclusively on technically de-risked assets. We don't chase greenfield discoveries. We acquire copper projects that already have the technical work behind them, often built and partially permitted by larger operators who moved on for reasons unrelated to the geology. From there, we bring fresh thinking, disciplined engineering, and a focused, collaborative operating philosophy to unlock their value.

Pukaqaqa is a clear example. We acquired it in November 2024. It carries more than US$60 million of prior investment, an Environmental Impact Assessment previously approved in 2015, a 2013 feasibility study prepared by SNC Lavalin, and an updated NI 43-101 resource published in August 2026. We have since rightsized the path forward around a smaller, higher grade starting point, with lower capital cost and a smaller footprint.

Our people in Peru

We believe the strength of any mining project comes from the people who run it locally on the ground. Our in-country team brings more than eighty combined years of Peruvian social licence and permitting experience, with established relationships across Huancavelica, regional government and the country's regulatory agencies. They are the reason we can move quickly, communicate clearly and build trust at every step.

With Pukaqaqa, we have an opportunity to strengthen and deepen our partnership with the communities that call this land home, and we are taking that seriously. Earlier concerns about water are addressed by our plans for a reduced footprint. We are advancing social licence the right way: in person, on the ground, and with full transparency.

The result is a project with strong government support, growing community engagement, and good local jobs, led by a team that knows this region deeply.

Where We Are Going

Our goal is to become a multi-asset copper producer across the Americas. Growth will be measured and disciplined, with any new acquisition held to the same standards we apply to our own assets. The work is just beginning, and we look forward to building it with the partners, communities and shareholders who join us.
